Mr. Sikora is an educator that has a strong passion for working with students and adults with disabilities. He graduated with highest honors from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois with a BA in Elementary Education and Special Education. Mr. Sikora earned his MA in Educational Leadership, graduating with high honors from Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois. Mr. Sikora is a life-long learner who believes that every student can learn. Mr. Sikora embraces diversity within his classroom and strives to create a learning environment that is both safe and fun for students.
Mr. Sikora was born and raised in Chicago. He spend eight years teaching at an alternative high school as a self-contained teacher working with students with emotional and behavior disabilities and two years at an elementary school as a resource teacher in Illinois. In 2016, Mr. Sikora left Illinois and moved to Nevada to begin an exciting new adventure here in sunny Las Vegas. During his first year at CCSD, he taught at Helen J. Stewart School. Mr. Sikora collaborated with Cleveland Clinic to implement a new pilot program at Stewart as a middle school Autism Teacher in an Autism Demonstration Classroom.
This is Mr. Sikora's first year at Nate Mack Elementary School. He is very excited to take over the Intermediate Autism Classroom here at Nate Mack. Mr. Sikora has a true passion for working with students to be the best that they can be, with a strong focus on learning life skills, social skills and vocational skills that will help them to be active, participative and productive members of society. He has worked with many older students and young adults with Autism within the community and as a job coach at various employment locations. Mr. Sikora is always looking forward at what knowledge and skills his students will need to possess in order to be successful as young adults. Looking forward at the desired end result, he then "works backwards" to provide his students with the education, skills, and tools needed today in order to ensure that they are able to experience success tomorrow.
Mr. Sikora has twin sons. One of his adult sons still resides in Chicago and is attending college. His other son resides with him and his fiancé here in Las Vegas. Mr. Sikora takes his responsibility as your child's teacher very seriously and is looking forward to partnering with you to help your son or daughter become the very best version of themselves that they can be.

Mr. Cuellar is an educator who enjoys working with students with special needs. This is Mr. Cuellar's first year working at Nate Mack Elementary School. Last year, he worked with Mr. Sikora at Helen J. Stewart at an SPTA and the year prior, Mr. Cuellar served as a long term substitute at Helen J. Stewart School working with students with a variety of disabilities and special needs. Mr. Cuellar has a true passion for working with students with diverse needs and is very excited to begin his new journey at Nate Mack Elementary School.
Mr. Cuellar is a Las Vegas local. He is married and is currently working on completing his BA in Special Education. The passion for teaching runs in Mr. Cuellar's family. In addition to cousins and other family members, his wife is also an teacher here in Las Vegas. Mr. Cuellar is excited to join the Nate Mack family and is ready to collaborate with students, families and staff to provide the best learning opportunities possible for the students here at Nate Mack.
